Governance
Compliance & Terms of Acquisition.
These are the terms materials are supplied under. In short: everything in the catalogue is a research material, supplied for in-vitro laboratory work. If you have a project and want to know what is available, write to us and we will answer directly.
Research-Use-Only Mandate
Every material catalogued is supplied for laboratory research use only. Materials are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration by any route. Nothing on this site has been evaluated by the FDA, and no statement is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
No content constitutes medical advice, a therapeutic claim, or a representation of safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals. Research-context summaries describe published third-party literature and in-house in-silico computation as reference material only.
Conditions of Supply
Reference standards are supplied to laboratories and research groups on enquiry, on the following terms:
- the material will be used for in-vitro laboratory research and assays only;
- the material will not be administered to or consumed by humans or animals;
- the recipient is of legal age in their jurisdiction.
Supply may be declined or restricted by jurisdiction.
Purity & Specifications
All reference materials are supplied with a guaranteed purity of ≥99% for every peptide and cofactor standard in the catalogue, verified by chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
Payment & Fulfilment
Payment processing is subject to the acceptable-use policies of the payment provider. Materials must be represented accurately as research reference compounds in all checkout and processor-facing metadata. Any representation of human use is prohibited and will void eligibility.
Limitation of Liability
Materials are provided “as is” for research. The supplier disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law and accepts no liability for use outside the stated research-only scope. Purchasers assume full responsibility for safe handling, regulatory compliance, and lawful use within their jurisdiction.
